This ancient farm of Vieux Genappe dates back to the 14th century and beyond. It is located five minutes by road from Waterloo and has been sympathetically transformed into an exclusive golf club for private and corporate members together with invited fee paying guest. It is approached Brussels via the East Ring road, exiting at 24 then following the direction Lillois.
“Les Rencontres d’Hulencourt” provides a secluded location for company seminars, luncheons, banquets, and years-end events.
A seminar in the tranquillity of Hulencourt will be remembered for its contents, ambiance and its cuisine.
Beyond the courtyard area, Hulencourt has one of the finest 18-hole golf course in the region. It also possesses an excellent 9-hole compact course for those who wish to avail themselves of an intensive introduction to the enriching experience of the game.
The facilities of the golf club and the personnel tuition of the professional are available to business organisations that consider team building a vital part of seminar activity.
The well-appointed Clubhouse, its bar and restaurant, offers a convivial atmosphere for all to relax in, maximising the event of the day. All guests will be welcome to visist our Golf Shop for any personal and original gift that perhaps they may require.
Hulencourt management strives to offer clients a high quality service for all seminar requirements. Hulencourt has ample private car parking facilities.

Meals

Meals are served in a private room separate from the meeting room. Our caterer will be happy to offer you a selection of menus using seasonal products.

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided by partner hotels in the vicinity of Les Rencontres d’Hulencourt. Transfer can be arranged by the Conference Centre.

A la carte service

Les Rencontres d’Hulencourt has selected partners supplying a wide range of services, including simultaneous translation, audio and video recording, and photography. Guided tours of nearby tourist attractions and sites, as well as golf programmes, are available on request for participants and/or their spouses. Les Rencontres d’Hulencourt is also willing to work with partners of your choice.
