The conference service includes use of a screen, an overhead projector, a slide projector, a flipchart and a lectern. A rostrum can be made available at no extra cost.
Technical assistance, telephone, telecopy and photocopy facilities are available at all times.
The secretary staff will respond quickly to your requests for photocopying or other needs during the conference.
