Competitions identified by “Q.C.” are qualifying for the handicap. Competitions are reserved for the members of the club and for the guests of the donators. A special prize will be given to the non-members if they are winners. Competitions are announced at least 15 days before on the notice board with the format and the tournament conditions. In principle, the inscription list is closed the Thursday evening before the Sunday event. The players who inscribe after this limit are on the waiting list. The staring list will be on the notice board. Any player who does not arrive on the 1st tee will be penalized. If the player is late: St Andrews rules apply (Stroke-play: 2 points penalty; Match-play: loss of the 1st hole. If the delay is more than 5 minutes, the player will be disqualified from the competition). Winners amongst ex-aequo for gross and net will be decided on the bases of the 9, 6, 3 last holes, the 18th, 17th and 15th hole. Prizes are not cumulated and the gross takes precedence over the net. Except in case of “special circumstance”, absence from the prize-giving ceremony will mean that a winning participant may have his prize attributed to the nearest competitor. Players must register their score-card at the Secretary’s office, whatever is the result, on completion of the round. Ruling and Handicapping Committee’s decisions are definitive and irrevocable.
